Neige-Verglas: Météo France places 11 departments in orange vigilance

Météo France has placed Ain, Isère, Savoie, Haute-Savoie, Corrèze, Creuse, Puy-de-Dôme, Ariège, Haute-Garonne, Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Hautes- Pyrenees in vigilance orange snow and ice.
