Aftenposten believes: It is pointless to demand a mandatory vaccine

Volunteering is under pressure – and should be protected.

In a debate with Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre (Labor Party) in Politisk kvarter on Thursday morning, Conservative leader Erna Solberg called for a mandatory vaccine for health professionals.

“I think it is understandable and right to lead the discussion on how we can stimulate and potentially think about mandatory vaccination.”

It was a crooked sentence that the European Commission’s leader Ursula von der Leyen served at a press conference in Brussels on Wednesday this week. But the message was not to be misunderstood:
