One of the health-related topics we discuss most often is sleep, and then it is often about both quantity and quality. How often have you not complained to a friend or family member: “I did not fall asleep until late at night, so I am completely exhausted”?

Studies have shown that over a third of the adult population in the United States has sleep problems, and many struggle to fall asleep or sleep through the night. And the pandemic seems to have made things worse, even for those who slept relatively well in the past.
