Video: Michail Antonio’s ‘Mortal Kombat’ celebration in the Premier League

Michail Antonio, scorer on Saturday against Crystal Palace with West Ham, made a celebration in reference to the game Mortal Kombat.

First scorer in the victory against the men of Patrick Vieira (3-2), the Jamaican international rushed horizontally towards the corner point to celebrate his achievement. If this made some supporters smile, others immediately got the reference.

“I was playing Mortal Kombat and I took the character Raiden. I said I will do the same as him, explained Michail Antonio. He steals and pushes someone out of the way. ” A gesture that delighted fans of the famous fighting game.

Antonio is a regular at this type of celebration. Last October, he turned into a “Neo” Matrix after scoring the winning goal against Tottenham.

We can’t wait to discover his next celebration.
