It will be so much warmer in Norway than in the world

You might think it has become one degree warmer around you, as the reports from the climate panel say? Error!

The Climate Panel’s conclusion on one degree warming so far is a global average for all countries and all oceans.

These are also the goals of the Paris Agreement to stop warming at two, or preferably 1.5 degrees. In parts of Norway, the 1.5-degree target has already been lost.
