Presidential 2022: Emmanuel Macron still favorite ahead of Marine Le Pen and Valérie Pécresse

His shocking remarks on the unvaccinated have, for the moment, no negative effect on the polls. Credited with 26% in the first round, Emmanuel Macron still dominates. Marine Le Pen and Valérie Pécresse are neck and neck with, respectively, 17% and 16%.

The two women widen the gap with Eric Zemmour, relegated to fourth position, with 12% of the vote.

On the left, not a single candidate achieves 10% of the intention to vote.

Jean-Luc Mélenchon obtains 9% and distances the environmental candidate, Yannick Jadot, to 8%.

The irruption of the former Minister of Justice, who will give his decision on his candidacy in mid-January, does not upset the polls for the Left. Christiane Taubira, credited with 3% of the vote, lost 1.5 points to Anne Hidalgo. The Socialist Party candidate fluctuates between 3% and 4.5% of the vote.
