Both the members’ meeting next Monday and the annual meeting on 17 February are postponed. It also means that the nomination of a new chairman of the board will be delayed.
“The board has decided to postpone Monday’s members’ meeting and the annual meeting that was scheduled for 17 February,” RBK writes in a statement on its website.
They justify the postponements by saying that they want physical attendance at the meetings, which is currently difficult due to coronary measures.
