Several hard sessions of strength training a week. Ginger shot and multivitamin for lunch. One hour daily powerwalk for 112 days. 30 grams of pumpkin seeds as a snack.

The Discovery program “16 Weeks Hell” has received a lot of attention. In the program, six Norwegian celebrities get help from, among others, Martin Johnsrud Sundby to get in better shape. The participants completely change their lifestyle and are well outside the famous comfort zone.
