Only will be received:
• users who have received an SMS to withdraw their residence permit on Friday mornings from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm;
• people submitting their first application for a residence permit (complete file only) on Monday mornings from 8:30 am to 12 noon; • people who have been called for an interview;
• asylum seekers, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2 to 4 pm.
Applications for travel permits and renewal of residence permits must be sent by post.
