The funeral of actor Gaspard Ulliel, who died at 37 after a skiing accident, is scheduled for Thursday in Paris.
The ceremony must take place at 11 a.m. in the Saint-Eustache church in the 1st arrondissement, added the agent, who did not provide further details.
The accidental death of Gaspard Ulliel on Wednesday sparked a multitude of tributes to a man who led a brilliant career and was very popular in the film world.
An investigation was entrusted by the public prosecutor’s office of Albertville (Savoie) to the CRS Alpes to clarify the circumstances of the fatal collision between Gaspard Ulliel and another skier, which occurred on Tuesday in the resort of La Rosière, in Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
The facts occurred on Tuesday, January 18, shortly before 4 p.m. The actor, known in particular for having played the famous Yves Saint Laurent in a biopic on the couturier, collided with another skier, at the crossroads of two blue slopes. The actor was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. Unconscious, Gaspard Ulliel was then transported by helicopter to the Grenoble University Hospital, an hour after the collision.
