The government closed the country in a few hours. But they spend a week removing the measures.

All professional advice indicates that measures can be removed. But the government is waiting until next week. Reason: “Requirements for proper case processing.”

Just over two weeks ago, several of the measures were removed. Here, the government is represented by Minister of Health and Care Services Ingvild Kjerkol (Labor Party), Minister of Finance Trygve Slagsvold Vedum (Social Democrats), Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre and Minister of Education Tonje Brenna (Labor Party).

When the government in several rounds introduced strict measures in December, it was done only hours after the advice came from the health authorities.

Now they are going to open up. But it is not being done as quickly as the shutdown, although advice was given this week.
