The TV host (M6) and ex-Top Chef Merouan Bounekraf, renowned for his cheerful mood, has always loved the pancakes that his mother cooked for him. On the occasion of Candlemas, he reveals his very simple and effective recipe to treat yourself.
1 liter of milk
500 g of flour
2 spoonfuls of hazelnut butter
Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix. Then pass the dough directly to the immersion blender to avoid lumps. No need to do it the day before, you can use it soon after.
We decorate it with what we want: jam, spread… Or in its simplest version: a little sugar and a dash of lemon juice.
