Oslo’s controversial villa is to be demolished. The Liberal Party will put an end to this.

Oslo Venstre wants an external assessment of Villa Sorgenfri. If it is possible to preserve the villa, they want it sold or rented out to private players.

In December, it became clear that Villa Sorgenfri will be demolished. The villa has been empty since Oslo municipality bought it in 2007.

An inspection showed that the decay is so dramatic that the building is dangerous to the surroundings. Oslo Venstre reacts to the decision that has been made.
