An emotionally immature person tends to avoid a challenging situation. They are not emotionally capable of thinking critically, laying out their points, or possessing the open-mindedness to listen to what others have to say.
Emotionally immature people avoid difficult situations. They cannot emotionally think critically, argue, or listen to others. They ignore or leave the topic. Unresolved difficulties cause a breakup.
