To fight against the gloom, nothing better than to think about the future holidays. While a lot of public holidays will fall over the weekend next year, CNEWS shows you how to play around with the calendar to take 37 days off, with only 12 days off.
The year 2022 does not start very well because New Year’s Day falls on a Saturday. But do not panic, you will be able to be away for 9 days by taking only the first five days of the week (January 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7), from Saturday January 1 to Sunday January 9.
April will be more profitable with the Easter holidays which fall on Sunday 17th and Monday 18th. The good deal would therefore be to put down your Friday April 15th to take full advantage of a four-day weekend, from Friday 15th to Monday 18th. April.
Not very lucky this month. May 1 and 8 both fall on a Sunday. It will then be necessary to be satisfied with Ascension Thursday (the 26th). By putting your Friday May 27, you will once again enjoy a four-day weekend, from Thursday 26 to Sunday 29.
Same principle as in April. If you decide to ask for your Friday June 3, a great weekend awaits you thanks to Whit Monday, from Friday 3 to Monday 6 June.
In July, a four-day weekend is also possible because the national holiday falls on a Thursday. If you put down your Friday July 15, you will have Thursday July 14 to Sunday July 17 to escape.
Notice to employees who do not have the chance to go on vacation. If you ask for your August 12th, the four-day weekend thanks to Assumption Monday, from Friday 12th to Monday August 15th, is yours.
Want to leave for a few days at the end of October, and if you put down your Monday 31st. By asking only one day, a four-day weekend is available to you, from Saturday 29 October to Tuesday 1 November.
In 2022, this is your last chance of the year to take advantage of a four-day weekend. November 11, Armistice Day 1918, falls on a Friday. So do not hesitate to ask your Thursday 10 to chill until Sunday November 13.
