Dinner habits change in pandemic: Many do as Luke (5)

The pandemic changed eating habits. After Norway and the rest of the world closed down in the spring of 2020, more fish has arrived on the dinner table. But the appetite for fish has not increased as much in Norway as in some other countries.

Five-year-old Lukas loves fish, and his parents Daniel Thomsen and Gro Annette Borgås prepare fish dishes three times a week. Most Norwegians’ home consumption of fish is not at this level, but it has increased through the pandemic.
