(Bergens Tidende): Just before Christmas, the restaurant Munken in Bergen city center closed its doors for good. The owners declared the company bankrupt with a debt of NOK 1.2 million.
For chef Alan Kaye, bankruptcy meant he lost his job. The place he and the other employees had built up for a year and a half was left to the trustee.
